Norn Watches

Complete brand identity overhaul to assert a strong market positioning

Norn Watches (formerly CWD Watch) is a technology start-up specializing in the authentication of pre-owned luxury watches. 
Through cutting-edge industrial protocols, artificial intelligence, and the world’s largest watch database, Norn Watches enables buying, reselling, or passing on a timepiece with complete confidence.

The challenge

After conducting a POC (proof of concept) with around one hundred clients, the start-up, now entering its commercialization phase, launched a call for tenders to find an agency capable of guiding them in the creation of a new brand identity. 
The objective: to establish a unique positioning at the crossroads of luxury and technology.

The project and results

To initiate this transformation, we organized a series of immersive workshops with the brand’s teams. The goal was to fully immerse ourselves in its DNA, gain a deep understanding of its mission, ambition, and values, and define a brand platform that would remain true to its identity while standing out in the market.

This strategic groundwork led to a complete rebranding, including the creation of a meaningful manifesto, the search for a new name, and the development of a distinctive visual and editorial identity, supported by a strong and coherent storytelling approach.

From this creative process emerged Norn Watches. Inspired by the Norns – mythical goddesses who guard time in Norse mythology – the new identity expresses the brand’s mission: to secure, authenticate, and enhance every watch, ensuring its patrimonial and emotional value can be passed on from generation to generation.
