Social Media Expert
Job description
Within the agency's Social Media department, you support brands in the day-to-day deployment of their social networking strategies. The challenge is twofold: to demonstrate unfailing creativity 🎨 while ensuring excellent performance of the actions deployed 📈. You create, argue and deploy your projects with passion and conviction.
Your daily routine quotidienne... there is no daily routine! No two days are alike, and that's what you love about it! 💪
- You manage international customers directly and interface with them on an ongoing basis: meetings, consulting, reporting,
- You deploy their editorial line on a daily basis through the creation of high value-added content,
- You design and implement special events (mini-site events, influencer actions, live community management...) to support our visibility on social networks,
- You assist customers with community moderation and customer service relations,
- You analyze all performances and promote them to your customers,
- You collaborate with all production teams involved in a social media project: creative team, media team, listening team, etc.,
- You coordinate with any service providers and partners involved in our projects.
Every day, you'll discover new projects, famous or up-and-coming brands, sectors of activity that were previously unknown to you or, on the contrary, that have always fascinated you...
Your playgrounds: Consumer goods, Finance, Video games, Technology, Leisure, Cosmetology, Industry, Corporate & CSR, NGOs, Health, Telecoms, Tourism, Linguistics... curiosity is a serious asset!

Qualifications

- You're a master of social networking and its new trends, which hold no secrets for you, whether for personal or professional use,
- You're pretty friendly, ready to join a young, dynamic team, a fan of trolls and memes!
- In stressful situations, you remain friendly, rigorous and conscientious,
- You have the ability to adapt easily, to move from one subject to another while remaining focused and organized,
- You know how to take advice when it's needed, and rechallenge at the right moment,
- You communicate impeccably, both orally and in writing, in French AND English: mandatory (franglish is a plus),
- You are autonomous and able to take the initiative,
- You have a sense of what's beautiful and what's not. Funny and vulgar are 2 clearly distinct concepts in your mind,
- You're curious and read a lot to keep up with current events,
- You've already had successful experience in digital communications, preferably in an agency.
