How can health research and innovation be represented through a brand identity within a European project?
The brand
Co-funded by the European Union, PANDOMIC strengthens pandemic preparedness through cross-border collaboration between the Laboratoire National de Santé (Luxembourg) and the Institut National de Santé Publique (INSP) in Romania.
The challenge
Faced with the communication requirements linked to European funding and the diversity of stakeholders involved, the project required standardized communication tools to ensure consistency in both internal and external exchanges.
The challenge was to unite the various cross-border teams around a clear and impactful visual identity, facilitating collaboration and enhancing the project’s visibility on an international scale.
The project and its results
We supported the project by creating a strong visual identity that embodied its values while reflecting both the healthcare sector and innovation. This identity was developed into a comprehensive brand guidelines document, ensuring consistent communication across all materials intended for both stakeholders and the general public.
To guarantee coherence and maximum visibility, we applied the visual identity across various materials: PowerPoint presentations, informational leaflets, the website, social media templates, and banners. Each piece was designed to simplify communication and encourage stakeholder engagement.
Throughout the project, online surveys were conducted to involve collaborators by sharing the different graphic concepts and their evolutions. This collaborative approach fostered team buy-in and ownership of the visual identity.
The website became the cornerstone of the project. Designed as a modern and user-friendly tool, it is built on structured templates to ensure cohesive web design and maximum communication efficiency, ensuring the project is clearly and impactfully presented at the European level.
